11th National Holistic Vision Seminar – 2017 - São Paulo
For the last ten years we organize a very special event, the National Holistic Vision Seminar, in São Paulo, when people from all over the country and South America come over with their vision and body problems to discover how it is possible to improve through relaxation and conscious training of eyes, posture, body, mind and spirit.
So, if you have vision problems and want to retreat in a beautiful environment for some days, you should come over to São Paulo and let us discover together how you can improve naturally your vision. Questions such as how can the different oriental therapeutic exercises can help, how Bates Method and Meir Schneider’s Self-Healing Method help and most of all how do you really become aware and learn to improve your own vision and quality of life, are all answered to each participant to help individually how to find a new path and how to start an incredible journey to peace and consciousness. Adult participants of all ages are very welcome.
During these years, participants arrived from all Brazil, returning several times and the results were always of great impact: with cooperation and commitment, new friendships were built in an excellent location, with good boarding and food. Surprises surely stimulated vision and good health with lots of creativity, humor and hard work. Night Vision was an important experience and a real transformation happened with all participants.
Each edition includes new subjects related to the main natural vision improvement principles and implications, experiencing connection body-eyes, balanced vision of both eyes and body awareness, understanding the essentials of Bates Method, Meir Schneider Self-Healing Method and other vision therapies, with lots of exercises, movement, self-massage and meditation. Night Vision is always a must. At meals, working-breaks and surprise parties we have great opportunities of sharing experiences. And this brings us to the 11th National Holistic Vision Seminar, taking place, in 2017, with an original program and always many surprises for our leisure and exercises.

The 10th National Seminar, October 2015
It was carried out fully by Sylvia Lakeland and her logistics partner Adijon Group. Students and interested people arrived from all over, booking individual vision session days before or after the Seminar. We started with our lakelandvisionfocus method, the blessing of the lake, body and vision exercises with new materials outdoors, debates and a lot of night vision exercises.
Expectations: We look forward to impact and transformation for each participant, with body, mind and spirit working in harmony, breaking through habits and discovering new paradigms. We will learn how to understand and develop better vision from within, with perception and consciousness, integrating body, mind and spirit in all exercises, understanding how to relax and feel our eyes and body.
Location: the event takes place at the Rainbow Natural Space, just 40km from São Paulo, a beautiful location within the Atlantic Forest, with lovely wild corners, gardens, lake, several working rooms specially prepared for our work. In a lovely peaceful atmosphere, with single and double bedrooms, good natural food and different break picnics each day. During the weekend there will be enough time for all day and night exercises we plan for this event.
New subjects hopefully exciting the imagination all involved in the daily changing nature art panels, work with origami and mandalas, discussions on nutritional value of food and nutrients for the eyes, discovering always new vision accessories as vision charts, lollipops, and new uses of pinholes.
