Payment Instructions

Please transfer the payment in euros. All transfer expenses (bank charges, including those to the beneficiary, the organizer)
are a responsibility of the payee, must be paid by the participant. Please don't send checks! Confirm details with your bank.
For cancellations up to 8 weeks before the Conference, there will be a charge of 50% of the total; for cancellations up to
4 weeks, a charge of 80%. Later cancellations will not be refunded. We recommend an annulment insurance be taken.
