Intensive Vision Workshops

Following the 19th International Holistic Vision Conference in Madeira, 2004, I have been promoting free lectures and intensive workshops, every year, when I arrive in Lisbon to meet all interested in natural vision improvement.
So, if you go around mumbling “I see all blurred”, “I have so many floaters”, “I can’t stand the sun, too much light”, “My back and neck are stiff, too long computer hours…”, “I can’t see at night”, “ My vision is worst for near”…, it is time to take more care of yourself and your vision!
Like in Brazil, limited numbers of participants meet for a one day intensive workshop, and each event should be an intensive vision experience for everyone.
Prepared for those who come for the first time to learn

  • how to take care of the eyes in a natural way,
  • follow a natural vision exercises program,
  • get specific answers to questions such as how to rest my eyes from computer strain, dry eyes, blurry vision, photophobia, myopia, presbyopia, astigmatism or
  • how to live and improve degenerative eyesight conditions,
  • how to improve balance and coordination, body-mind posture and life!

participants come back time and again to review exercises, learn the use of audiovisual products, discuss everyday vision problems of how to use less glasses, how to fit vision programs in daily life, and most of all to share the happy and intensive atmosphere and discover that it is always possible to improve health and vision, in a committed way

Each edition includes new subjects related to the connection body-eyes, balanced vision of both eyes, and body awareness, understanding the essential of Bates Method and Meir Schneider Self-Healing Method with exercises, movement and self-massage.

Vibrant questions and answers debates happen as well as the latest international news about vision and neuroscience. A special vision kit is prepared and each participant receives his personal program of exercises for the future. Creative audiovisual products are presented, used  and  available for future practice, amongst others eye-patches, tropical masks, training charts, pinhole glasses, Meir Schneider books  in Portuguese and Sylvia Lakeland’s  CDs and booklets in Portuguese.
