Outdoor Vision Practice in Parks in São Paulo
From 1200 participants in 2003, in these thirteen years almost 15.000 people already participated regularly in the Outdoor Program of Vision Exercises in the São Paulo Central Park, Ibirapuera, where, every Tuesday and Thursday, 8h30 to 10am, natural vision exercises and therapeutic oriental exercises are conducted by Sylvia Lakeland and her trained collaborators, Lucia Yamasaki and Thereza Tagami. The results on each participant are fantastic and most women, men, youngsters and children come over from all regions of São Paulo and other States of Brazil to learn how to improve their vision and solve their vision problems. All are welcome, with sun or on rainy days!
Ibirapuera Park – A. Republica do Libano - Gate 7 – Burle Marx Square –SP Tuesdays and Thursdays – 8h30/10am.
Parque da Agua Branca – Av. Professor Francisco Matarazzo, 455 - SP – Mondays and Wednesdays – 8h30/9h45am. You will meet Sylvia’s vision student Nair Kuniy, by the Aquarium.
Outdoor vision exercises happen in Lisbon Parks with locals support from Rita Jardim and Ana Sendim.
